Returns Eligibility
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
You may request a return or replacement only if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item

Refunds
If your return is approved:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If approved, a replacement item will be sent at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during special promotions are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
